Build It!
This term, our topic is Build It! in Squirrels class. We will more specifically be focussing on animal habitats around the world. We thought of ideas when doing our EPIC planning that we would like to learn about this term!
We went on a trip to mumbles beach to find out more about the ocean, and the animals that live in it!
We also met up with an archaeologist, to talk about the ocean and what lays underneath it.
We made habitat boxes for our friends! We learnt about where they live and what food they need!
We worked together as a team.
Year 2 had a visit from the firefighters and learnt so much about fire safety. We even dressed Miss Thomas up as a firefighter!
