Autumn Term 2024
Hello and welcome to Badgers' page. We are a Year 5 and 6 class and have settled well into our new school year. Our teacher is Mrs Kissick, and our teaching assistants are Miss Evans and Miss Vaughan.
Autumn Term has well and truly got underway!
We are enjoying our sessions with Mark from Ospreys in the Community. So far we have designed and created kicking tees, written as sports reporters and enjoyed our practical team building sessions.
We have also visited the Taliesin to watch a performance of a dance production called Fish Boy. We really enjoyed this as well, as the workshops run by the 2 Faced Dance Company who came to school the following day.
We really enjoyed our recent African drumming session with Omar from Senegal. He taught us some fantastic rhythms and beats on the drums, and we played an uplifting piece of music to finish our session that we were able to sing along to.
